Doric Inc. is founded upon the time-honored tradition that a fine home builder
must be firmly rooted in the high craft of carpentry. After a six-year apprenticeship
in Carpenters Local 98, in 1977 Doric Creager began working with a series of
Spokane’s finest homebuilders. With the belief that these builders were masters
of their trade, Doric began his lifelong ambition to continue and evolve that tradition.

Global Recognition - Local Integrity.
Doric has assembled the most diverse portfolio of custom work of any builder in the
Inland Northwest. Ranging from Arizona, Idaho, Montana, and Washington his work
has been featured on the covers of the New York Times, D'Casa (Italy), Diseno
Interior (Spain), Fine Homebuilding, and numerous publications.

Considered One of the Best - By the Best.
In 2004, The Robb Report selected one of Doric's company projects as the "Best of
the Best". In 2004, the American Institute of Architects presented his company with
the Honor Award at the National Convention in Las Vegas for the "Chicken Point
Cabin" a private residence. In 2005, the AIA once again recognized his company
with a Design award for "Small Projects" at the National Convention in Chicago.
He continues his relationship with the National Body as an Associate Member
of his local chapter.
