Project Completed: The Loveland Building
The Loveland Bldg is a perfect example of new construction for community redevelopment in
an historic neighborhood. Designed to function as retail on the street level, the upper 2 floors
house a luxury apartment with over 4,000 sq ft of living space. The roof deck is engineered to
allow a rooftop garden, commanding 360' views of the historic Browne's Addition, downtown
Spokane, mountains to the North, and sunsets to the West.
